Job Description:

Sales Administrator (Fixed Term Contract)

We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Administrator on a Fixed Term Contract basis. The position is based at our Head Office in Piercetown, Dunboyne, Co. Meath.

The position is to provide clerical support to our Sales Team. Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Accurately maintain Project tracking report, which includes Live projects/ Won Projects/ Lost projects and Tenders and various pivots as requested by Management.

Compile quotations and respond to all tender enquiries that our customers send to us in a timely manner.

Populate our tracking report by daily interaction with the CIS report for Live and Upcoming projects and assign to the relevant Sales and Account Manager for them to action.

Provide cover for Sales and Account Managers during periods of annual leave from an invoice system pricing and phone perspective.

Assist and support Sales personnel in achieving sales goals and targets.

Assist with System Order entry.

Be fully compliant with Company Health & Safety: policies, procedures, systems and rules, report all hazards and incidents and ensure that you work safely at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a professional business environment.

Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is an advantage.

Skills & Abilities

Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).

Good mathematical and numerical skills.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

Excellent time management ability.

Character & Personal Qualities

Team player with well-developed interpersonal skills that is comfortable working in a collaborative and cross-functional work environment.
