Due to continued growth and expansion an excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Business Development Sales Manager to join our team. Requirements • Awareness of renewable energy industry • Leads by example and works to add value • Committed, confident and energetic • Aptitude for problem solving and proactive • Demonstrates professionalism and credibility • Champion the company’s eco-credentials (eco ethos, eco model, eco-communities) Responsibilities • Ensure sales teams effectively generate sales, manage new and existing clients, customers and business relationships • Gain and retain new commercial business/acquisitions • Lead the promotion of business to maximising market share • Ensure professional sales standards/processes are optimised in accordance with each county/region • Actively promote and develop all company services • Own, plan and implement sales activities that deliver revenues for all channels • Successfully manage sales pipelines and tenders in different counties • Continually seek out additional services the business can offer to add value • Evaluate the sales structure to ensure it remains fit for purpose • Analyse competitors’ offerings / industry trends and adjust the sales strategy if appropriate • Always champion best practice People • Build and develop successful national sales teams and their performance • Work successfully with marketing to define campaigns and events • Take accountability for customer, client and business sales satisfaction parameters, measures, and resolution
