Our client is now seeking a Business Development Manager for their business in the transport and haulage industry.
- Will work closely with the Managing Director to secure new work for the business
- Source out, create and build strong relationships with new clients/Prioritise and target new customers / accounts / business opportunities.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Maintaining existing relationship
- Will assist with the scheduling of work.
- Assist with the day to day business activities as require
- Experience in the Haulage industry
- Outstanding sales experience, proven results with key accounts.
- Strong planner
- Strong negotiator
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
