Senior Sales Account Manager
Established in 1990, The Printed Image are an innovative marketing communications company. A Deloitte Best Managed Company winner for the past ten years, the company employs over 50 staff located in West Dublin.
The Printed Image are currently seeking to recruit a Senior Sales Account Manager with an immediate start, reporting to the Sales Director.
This is a great opportunity for an individual with the ability to deliver fantastic customer service to join our fast-paced office. As a senior member of the sales team you will be involved with existing and new clients on a daily basis, building strong relationships, serving your client needs and seeking new sales opportunities through all our related products and services.
Responsibilities of role
Maintain and develop strong client relationships and understand clients’ industry marketing requirements.
Managing day-to-day requirements and project management of your assigned clients.
Identification and recruitment of new business opportunities and potential new clients
Be a constant point of contact for existing clients by telephone, e-mail and personal contact as required to build retention relationships and reacting to their business needs.
Attend briefing meetings, ability to upsell & cross sell, supply client solutions, negotiate on pricing and lead-times.
Teasing out and recording full project and order details with clients.
Inspiring repeat-business from clients.
Can generate ideas and solutions to client challenges
Assist in the delivery of client projects and act as liaison between clients and all internal teams. Ability to develop strong relationships within different departments within the organisation and to meet project deadlines.
Work with the Sales Director on the planning and implementation of sales strategies including yearly targets/ plans for growth, client retention and new business development.
Target management, responsible for ensuring targets and KPIs are being met and reported.
Supporting overall sales and marketing team which may involve specific projects, e.g. New product development/ supplying sales case studies or working on sales development or retention initiatives.
Ability to manage and schedule internal and external meetings.
Working as part of a team to manage holiday cover and ebbs and flows of capacity within the team.
Tracking and reporting on all activities in a regular and cohesive manner – e.g. use of Excel reports, and order tracking CRM system.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in business.
Proven record of delivering targets.
Excellent client services / account management skills, capable of solution selling to senior level Marketing and Procurement executives.
Strong interest in Marketing.
A self-starter and proactive individual who wants to progress their career.
Excellent oral and written communications and presentation skills.
Good understanding of networking and new business development.
IT savvy – Computer skills essential, proficiency in MS Office.
Team Player and enthusiastic individual.
Full clean drivers’ licence.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
