Minimum requirements
•    Must be a qualified baker/confectioner with high volume high quality experience
•    Must be aware of the current food trends in high-end deli/pastry/bakery operations and able to work to exacting standards
•    Must be capable of working on own initiative
•    Excellent knowledge and presentation of deli/pastry and bakery products required
•    Team player required
