Food & Beverage Senior Sales Manager

Mission critical: Experience in the food and beverage industry at a Senior sales and management level is essential

Responsibilities:

In this direct sales role, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with companies in the hospitality industry
You will execute consultative sales methodology and manage complex sales cycles from lead identification to closure.
You will contribute to the achievement of individual and company targets and goals.
You will closely collaborate with the technical and marketing teams.

Experience needed for the role:

Previous proven success in a similar sales role, with demonstrable sales target achievements.
Experience in consultative sales, with excellent prospecting, account management and closing skills.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
Excellent negotiation skills
High energy level, strong work ethic, drive, integrity, can do attitude and accountability.
Solid experience in direct sales, with an understanding of the brewing industry

Experience in the drinks industry essential – brewery/beer sales preferable but not essential

The Sales Manager leads the brand growth and reach domestically and internationally.
The Sales Manager develops strategies to gain market share and brand awareness using traditional and digital channels.
The Sales Manager will liaise with the Sales Team to ensure there is alignment and positive sales results for each new initiative.
