Due to the continued growth & expansion of our eCommerce business, we are now seeking out the best and brightest talent to join our exciting new journey and expanding company. We are recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a Team player, creative and have experience in both digital and content marketing. This position requires you to manage and expand our online product catalogue and therefore the ideal candidate will be creative, possess good organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Develop and manage the company website, optimising and maintaining the product catalogue on the company’s websites, listing new products, and merchandising to ensure products are easily found.
Develop and execute content marketing strategy
Generate sales content ( product descriptions, product benefits, supporting content etc.) ensuring all information is accurate and consistent across all categories.
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop the annual Marketing plan for Vero Coffee Company and its sister company CoffeeClick.
Work closely with sales agents on direct marketing campaigns direct mail campaigns and social media.
Work on traditional marketing elements including the design and development of POS displays.
Requesting and preparation of product images
Update existing on lone products with new features
Creating exciting content through blogs
Process customer orders by email
Deal with customer enquiries and resolve any issues in a timely effective manner and in accordance with best practice procedures
Desired skills & experience:
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
Marketing Certification/Degree qualification preferable
Proven experience in managing end to end marketing campaign execution across both traditional and digital channels
Proven track record of utilizing digital marketing analytics to generate actionable insights and solutions
Digital marketing skills to include SEO, AdWords, display, PPC, email and social media marketing
Experience using website CMS such as WordPress
Experience using design tools including Canva
Excellent communication skills
