Digital Marketing & E-commerce Co-Ordinator


– General E-commerce website maintenance and management of stock, banners, bespoke landing pages, promotional content and functionality/performance

– Uploading stock to the website and writing detailed product descriptions for SEO

– Merchandising and upselling products and category pages to enhance the buyers experience

– Creating appealing, brand appropriate graphics for banners, ezines, campaigns and social media

– Managing online social media and marketing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, email newsletters

– Create on trend, brand appropriate social media content including shooting lifestyle images, videos, socialstories and more

– Develop organic and paid social campaigns and strategies to increase brand awareness, community and customer engagement

– Customer support for online queries or issues via phone, email and Facebook


– Minimum 2 years experience

– Analytical and creative thinker who is open-minded and well organised

– Understanding of E-commerce platform operation

– Advanced skills in social media platforms and content creation

– Proficient in SEO, Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager

– Strong verbal, analytical and written communication skills

– Knowledge of photography and design and ability to use Adobe Photoshop


– Monday-Friday – Casual dress

– Full Time Job – Social Hours

Salary will be reflective on experience

Minimum of 2 years experience would be an advantage
