Feoil O' Criostoir Beef & Lamb Wholesaler is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and ambitious person for their office in Ballyburden situated about three miles outside Ballincollig. This is a full-time temporary role to cover maternity leave starting in March 2019.

Sage Line 50 and Microsoft excel experience essential. The successful candidate must be computer literate and have excellent verbal and communication skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

Providing administrative support to the financial controller

Processing sales and purchase invoices for two companies

Bank reconciliations on Sage and excel

Inputting cattle information on in house system

Month end debtor statements

Debt collecting

Assisting in preparation of monthly management accounts

Ordering stationery and canteen supplies

Answering the phone

Any other ad hoc duties required by management

Qualifications and Skills

Previous Sage Line 50 and excel experience essential
