We have an exciting opportunity to join our kitchen team and work with Executive Head Chef, Stuart Heeney in our Bar and Restaurant Kitchens

As Sous Chef you are

Responsibility for all food preparation, production and service in our very busy Banqueting kitchen, where standards are paramount and guest satisfaction is our only goal. If you are passionate about good food, quality produce and personal service this is the role for you.

Duties and Responsibilities

In conjunction with the Executive Team, to ensure the consistent smooth running of food service 

Maintain a high level of food quality which will exceed guest’s expectations with every dish.

Assist in the compilation of menus in accordance with the senior team.

Assist with management of the kitchen team

To ensure effective stock control

To ensure that cleanliness and food safety is adhered at all times, HACCP Management.

Assist in various other Kitchens as required

The candidate

Previous experience at Sous Chef level in a 4/5* hotel

Passion for producing high quality food and service

Ability to lead in a fast paced environment, as part of a team.

HACCP or food safety management qualification

Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
