Reporting to the eMental Health Programme Manager, you will be central to the delivery and execution of Jigsaw’s Communications, Fundraising and eMental Health strategies. Working with our internal teams you will help develop and execute stand-out digital content that will increase awareness and trust of Jigsaw and will help promote our mission and achieve our strategic objectives.

As a proactive self-starter, you will be a creative and persuasive communicator with a strong focus on developing sustainable relationships with a wide range of internal and external audiences in line with our vision for Jigsaw to bring about an Ireland where every young person’s mental health is valued and supported.


This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and tech savvy candidate to promote our mission, develop our brand and position Jigsaw at the heart of the debate on Ireland’s youth mental health.


This is a full-time, permanent role.



You will have an editorial mind-set with excellent communication and writing skills; sourcing and creating content in order to make informed, strategic recommendations that will enable Jigsaw to better communicate with our audiences.

Demonstrating an in-depth understanding of all aspects digital media, you will manage our social media presence, as well as drive the expansion of new social platforms and manage our website from a content, maintenance and development point of view.

You will create content for e-newsletters, online fundraising and marketing collateral, campaign briefing and reports, web and social media, blogs and more.

Having excellent writing skills and outstanding attention to detail, you will need to ensure that across the organisation our digital content is in line with brand guidelines.

With an understanding of CRO, Google Analytics, SEO, social media insights, online media, performance analysis, digital ad technologies and more, you will have the ability to develop, analyse, report and take action on digital statistics to increase conversion.

You will define key performance metrics for user behaviour and marketing effectiveness (user growth, engagement, abandonment, campaign ROI, segmentation), thus allowing for continuous improvement of marketing activity and strategy.

You will ensure digital content is timely and reflects best practice in terms of SEO and accessibility.

You will liaise with colleagues across the organisation to support the development and maintenance of content and schedule digital communications.

With a strong understanding of the inbound marketing environment to drive engagement and leads you will seek opportunities to grow our database.



You will be a central coordination point for all digital activities to ensure they are visible to the wider organisation and executed according to plan.

You will identify and execute appropriate methods of communication across the organisation, allowing for better integration across all national and regional sites.

You will provide communications support to all departments; helping, where appropriate to build the capacity of others and to support the national Communications Strategy.



You will participate in the development and delivery of Jigsaw’s Communications, Fundraising and eMental Health strategies to 2020 and will be central to all campaign planning, scheduling and management.

You will support the development of fundraising strategies and manage a range of activities across the whole supporter journey, driving donations and achieving outstanding results against income related performance metrics.

As a member of Jigsaw’s Communications and Fundraising team, you will support the development and communication of powerful propositions for our multiple audiences that are compelling, relevant and inspiring.

You will involve and work closely with young people in development and roll-out of communications activities.

You will work closely with our eMental Project Team to deliver a best-in-class emental health platform that will deliver against our ambitions in area in line with our organisational strategy.



Essential Criteria:

Passion for supporting young people and achieving change in Irish society

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

Experience of advanced digital metrics

Demonstrable experience of social media management

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and possess the skills to effectively work within cross functional teams in a collaborative environment

Experience with Content Management Systems and email marketing platforms


Desirable Criteria:

A relevant 3rd level qualification.

Experience of managing third party relationships and strong negotiation skills.

Proficient in presenting and public speaking.

Full, clean driving licence.
