Job Description:

We are currently looking to recruit a  HR Administrator  to be based in our Head Office  30 hours per week, 6 hours per day.

This is a true all-rounder position. You will be supporting our Centre Managers in all employment related matters. That includes coaching on performance and talent management, salary negotiations and hiring needs. You will  be responsible for the administration of all HR documents.

This role involves regular travels to our Centres.

Your responsibilities will include:

Support of the Recruitment & Selection process of suitable candidates, incl. interviews and reference checks

Support managers with Performance Management of their employees incl. PIPs

Assist in  Disciplinary and Grievance hearings as required

Manage day-to-day responsibilities, such as maintaining complete records for each employee including qualifications, training, references, Garda Vetting, salary details, sick leave and annual leave records

Issue documents, such as contracts and change in employment letters to employees

Overseeing and ensuring the completion of Induction & probation training for new employees

Being HR point of contact for all staff queries and providing positive support as required

Organise training courses as required

Fortnightly reports for Managing Director and Director of Operations on statuses and progress

 

Your qualifications and experience are:

CIPD qualification is an advantage

4 years minimum previous experience in a similar HR position

Good working knowledge of Microsoft office and strong Excel knowledge essential

Strong knowledge of Irish Employment Law

Experienced and competent using the disciplinary & grievance procedures

Understanding of Health & Safety
