The broad remit of responsibilities include -

Ensuring all collections/ deliveries are made in a professional and timely fashion.

To resolve issues/queries effectively and to escalate to relevant departments where necessary.

To establish good working relationships with customers.

Ad hoc duties as requested.

Reporting to Transport Manager throughout the shift.

Follow route and time schedule.

Person Specifications -

Good interpersonal and communication skills required. You will be the face of the company with our customers.

Must hold all relevant C/EC Licence/Driver Digital Card/CPC Card.

A good level of written and spoken English is an advantage.

Excellent driving history with accident free record.

Must be available for Night time work and weekends
