Due to an expanding portfolio of projects across the commercial and residential sectors, J & A Construction (NI) Ltd has a vacancy for a Site Managers position. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years site experience and will have strong communication and people management skills, and will be energetic, motivated and be able to work on own initiative.
The Site Managers role will include full responsibility for construction and management of the site ensuring a safe and efficient delivery of the project.
Responsibilities include supervision of the buildings from groundworks construction through to full completion, fit out and hand over. The successful candidate will be required to manage and coordinate all trade contractors while maintaining a high level of health & safety, quality control and will also be required to liaise with Design Teams.

Implementing drawings/designs & changes on site
Assist with setting out of sites
Liaising with various utility and statutory bodies ( i.e. NIE, BT, NI Water NHBC etc)
Overseeing all elements of building works ensuring completion dates are met and all work elements are completed to a high standard.
