Responsibilities of the role:
Organising all employee inductions (on and off site facilities)
Liaising with all inductees regarding induction procedures and outstanding documentation
Liaising with all departments and subcontractors regarding induction procedure and outstanding documentation
Filing site paperwork
Monitor and check sign in sheets
General Administration Office Duties - Filing, typing, photocopying, organising couriers etc
Export files in the required format
Arrange meetings on site, booking in visitors.
Your Qualifications and Key Criteria
Strong Administration skills with a minimum of 2 years experience
PC literate with competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Excellent attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Pride in the quality and presentation of work
Experience in the construction or engineering industry an advantage but not essential
SAP experience an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent communication skills
