The Gleneagle Hotel is currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie. The successful candidate will work as part of the kitchen team and be responsible for the production and presentation of food to the standard required.
Main responsibilities
• To oversee and run a section of the kitchen ensuring consistency of food service and delivery
• To mentor and train junior chefs
• To ensure compliance with all HACCP, Health & Safety regulations
Requirements
• 2 years at Chef de Partie level with experience in high volume catering in similar sized property
• Strong knowledge and passion for exceptional food production and presentation
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication skills
Competitive salary of 30k per annum.
