B2B Research provide customer feedback programmes to other businesses who operate mainly in the the business to business market. We provide customer feedback and satisfaction programmes where we telephone interview our clients customers to independently discover their level of overall satisfaction.

The B2B Research team is a diverse mix of account managers, researchers and interviewers from a wide range of backgrounds who bring a unique blend of skills and experience.

Our interviewers are just as comfortable interviewing CEOs and business owners, as they are talking to gatekeepers; and can lend a friendly, professional voice to any campaign.

Experience in telephone interviewing, research or customer service experience is required for this role.  A very high level of admin, computer, typing, spelling and grammar skills are an absolute must for this role.
