HGV Mechanic

Towerhill Commercials - Kylemore Way

We are currently in search of a reliable HGV mechanic with experience to join our team.

The role will include

·         Carry out fault diagnosis, service, maintenance and repair of HGVs & LGVs

·         To complete all job-related paperwork

·         To work as part of a team, maintaining good working relationships between colleagues and customers

·         To deliver professional and efficient customer service at all times

·         To keep the working are clean and tidy, reporting any Health & Safety issues promptly

·         To participate in training as required

·         To undertake any other duties or activities as required

The ideal Candidate must have

·         A full clean category C driving licence

·         Excellent command of the English language both oral & written

·         Min 3 years working experience in a related field

·         A good working knowledge of diagnostic systems & equipment

·         Quality repair and preventative maintenance skills

·         Be flexible and prepared to service/repair Light and Heavy commercial vehicles

·         Ability to understand and execute training and instruction

·         Able to work independently and work co-operatively with other

·         Ability to operate safely in a workshop and on-site environment

·         Able to work flexible hours if required, with availability to work on Saturday as and when required

Full Time Permanent

Schedule:

·         Monday – Friday

·         Occasional Saturday
