Mertonbury is a market-leader in the supply of fresh premium quality poultry, and a variety of other fresh, frozen, and ambient products to the wholesale market in Ireland together with a cold storage warehouse facility to store products on behalf of other Companies.

As a result of our ongoing growth, we now have the following vacancy based in Greenogue Industrial Estate in Rathcoole, Co Dublin.

Warehouse Administrator

Reporting to the Warehouse Team Leader you will be responsible for:

Booking all products received into the Warehouse onto our ERP system on a timely and accurate basis for both our own products and 3rd Party storage Customers.
Generating pick lists and relevant documentation for all goods that are scheduled to go out on a timely and accurate basis.
Generating invoices for 3rd party storage customers.
Taking bookings for deliveries into all Warehouse depots and communicating with team leaders from different depots of these deliveries.
Dealing with customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
Ad-Hoc administrative tasks as and when required.

Skill Requirements

Excellent attention to detail.
Experience in a similar role.
Good communicator.
Proven organisational and time management skills and able to work to strict deadlines.
Good Excel/Outlook/word skills.
Flexible approach to work.
