Working from our office in Celbridge, Co Kildare, this role will work closely with the Service and Installation teams providing administrative support and being a key point of contact for our customers and engineers.
Key Duties will include:
* First point of contact for customers and engineers answering telephone calls and emails in a timely and appropriate manner.
* Responding to customer callouts - logging emergency calls on to planning system. Scheduling callouts and allocating work to service engineers.
* Following up with customers to include issuing quotes, ordering parts, issuing PO’s, scheduling repairs and invoicing.
* Provide excellent Customer Service at all times.
* General office duties.
* Reporting to Office Manager.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and an ability to prioritise and organize their own workload. They should also be familiar with all Microsoft Packages including Outlook, Word and Excel.
