specialising in the production of top-quality stainless steel products with an emphasis on milk cooling
tanks, silos and ice banks.

Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant based in our office in Liscarroll.

Job Description:

General Administration Office Duties - Filing, typing, photocopying, organizing couriers etc.

Payment processing and providing bookkeeping and other assistance to the accounts department.

Answering calls and dealing with client queries

General administration duties as assigned

Skills / Qualifications:

2 years+ experience in an administration role

Proficient with Word and Excel and Sage

Excellent admin & organisational skills

Excellent attention to detail

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work on own initiative
