If you are a qualified engineer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience looking to further your career
within a leading-edge company our client has an exciting opening for you! Take the opportunity to
join their growing dynamic team for 6 months at their Cork site delivering stimulating projects in a
multi discipline environment.

What you will be doing:

Creating and modifying specifications, drawings, datasheets and timetables to support:
Power systems & equipment, short circuit calculations & analysis, co-ordination / discrimination studies.
LV Power systems
Industrial facilities
The procurement, installation, testing and commissioning of LV switchgear, motor control centres, fire alarm systems, VSDs, transformers and UPS systems
Designing of electrical facilities to IS, EN and IEC standards including:
Power, lighting, cabling, fire alarm, earthing, lightning protection and more
Delivering the electrical engineering design on time and on budget
What you need to apply:

Bachelors of Engineering or equivalent
5+ years’ experience as an Electrical Engineer
Experience in a pharmaceutical industry is desirable
Design experience is crucial
Site experience would be a plus
FATs & SATs experience
Good communication skills
Knowledge of Irish regulations and European codes
