Experienced Groundworkers Wanted – Full Time, Permanent Positions.

We are currently looking for experienced groundworkers to join our growing team for a project based in Co. Kildare. This is a full-time permanent position offering a great opportunity for hardworking and skilled individuals to join a workplace where you can develop a long-term career.

Groundworker General Duties/Responsibilities:
· Ability to read drawings.
· Piping floors.
· External drainage to plots/houses.
· Deep Drainage (benefit/advantage).
· Concrete work (slabs, foundations, footpaths).
· Piping & laying services/utilities.
· Concrete finishing.

Requirements:
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar roll.
· Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
· Strong focus on accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
· A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks undertaken or assigned.
· Be proficient in the English language with the ability to understand instructions from and communicate with site team.

Licenses/Certification:
· Safe Pass.
· Manual Handling.
· CSCS Certification (where required).
