The Role: To assist the Head Chef with all aspect of kitchen management Menu design, costing & budgeting.To cook and present the dishes in all food areas as per the menus.To comply with H.A.C.C.P. rules.Keep your section in the kitchen clean, washing down their section and equipment at night or as required.Keep fridges and freezers clean and tidy.Attend any meetings regarding the hotel business when the Chef requests To help train and develop Commis Chefs and Chef de Parties To partake in any hygiene training when required.Be aware and use the stock rotation system.
