The Saloon, at Drumcoura City is looking for a BBQ specialist chef ideally with experience in running professional charcoal smokers.

We are a high capacity restaurant and candidates are expected to be able to deal with a pressured environment.

This is a full time position with a minimum 39 hour work week. We are looking to develop our BBQ menu.

Experience in multi media marketing and a willingness to participate in promotional videos in front of the camera would be an excellent addition.
