Nox Hotel are currently advertising for a Kitchen Porter with casual working hours and must be flexible to work any day of the week.

Requirements:

To carry out the Kitchen Standard Operating Procedures to the correct standard;
Monitor stock rotation, check deliveries and returns;
Eligible to work full time in Ireland
Ensure the highest quality of cleanliness is maintained in the Kitchen and back of house areas;
Ensure that the hotel waste management system is followed
Assist with cleaning the Employee Restaurant
