Applicants should have min.10yrs experience, be self- motivated, with excellent communication, team collaboration and self- management skills, and be committed to delivering buildings of high quality detailed design. Preference will be given to strong technical detailing skills & site experience in the delivery of medium to large scale projects with multi-disciplinary teams.

Job Requirements
8-10yrs post qualification experience (on RIAI register or eligible to seek registration without further assessment)
Strong technical design / detailing skills
Proficiency delivering Tender & Construction Documentation Experience with Irish statutory procedures, BCAR compliance etc Contract Admin experience, performing ER role w/GCCC an advantage
Experience with Microstation, BIM Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketchup preferred.
