We are a family Restaurant in Mullingar Dominiks Restaurant

We are looking for an Assistant Chef/Commis Chef to assist our Head Chef and work alongside our young dynamic team. This role will involve working along with the Chef for food preparation, stock rotation and food service, working to the Kitchen’s highest standard of food presentation and standards.

Responsibilities:

To cook and present the dishes in all food areas as per our menu
Maintaining a high level of standards throughout the Kitchen including all aspects of Food preparation
Knowledge of portion control
