Bookeeper/Office Administrator required for the Fresh Fish Deli is a West Cork company supplying a range of gourmet, sustainable products that are quick and easy to prepare using locally sourced ingredients.
Busy Role managing all day to day Bookkeeping Operations of busy company.
Processing Purchases Invoices, Sales Invoices, Payments and Receipts to Sage Accounting Package.
Responsible for Bank Reconciliations, Debtor & Creditor Reconciliations, producing weekly supplier payments lists, monitoring and chasing money receivable.
Other ad hoc administration tasks as required - insurance renewals, ordering materials when necessary, various admin returns, etc.
Strong communication, organisational and multitasking capabilities
Candidate must have Bookkeeping experience.
Excellent attention to detail

• Microsoft Office: excel, word and email.
