We are currently seeking a HR/Recruitment Officer to join our South Tipperary based team.

The role of the HR/Recruitment Officer will be to provide support and provide relevant information to Management in the areas of contracts, research, recruitment and assistance on high level administration tasks.


·         Manage and operate HR and corporate compliance processes, including data entry and auditing of process data.

·         Undertake audits designed to determine where efficiency can be increased.

·         Be a thought leader in people processes and assist in HR policy implementations.

·         Development of various policies and procedures.

·         Assist with recruitment, screening and selection.

·         Research various topics as required.

·         Compilation of various types of work contracts.

·         Undertake other high-level admin tasks as required.

·         Taking a proactive approach to issues that may occur.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in law, HR or equivalent practical experience.

Ability to speak and write in English fluently.

This a full-time permanent role.
