We are now seeking a HR/Corporate Officer for our Cahir based office. The key purpose of this role will be to provide administrative support to management in an efficient and timely manner.

Key accountabilities include:

·         Development of HR Policies, Procedures and Practices for national and international clients.

·         Manage and operate HR and corporate compliance processes.

·         Providing a recruitment and selection service, carrying out all aspects of administration connected with recruitment, including conducting interviews in conjunction with managers.

·         Ensure that all HR information is managed confidentially and in accordance with GDPR guidelines.

·         Assist with the recruitment of international candidates from start to finish including all administration around this process.

·         Be a thought leader in people processes and assist in HR policy implementations.

·         Research various topics as required.

·         Compilation of various types of work contracts.

·         Undertake other high-level admin tasks as required.

 The successful candidate will be highly motivated with the drive to succeed and have: 

Strong knowledge of employment law
A professional and commercial approach to HR
Excellent communication skills
Ability to represent the Human Resource function as part of the bigger business picture
CIPD Qualified will be considered an advantage.
