Building Staff Solutions (BSS) is seeking a Project Manager to work in Dublin you will be working for our client a Leading Main Contractor.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Deliver the works safely
Building and maintaining successful, cohesive, collaborative teams while demonstrating effective leadership skills.
Complete understanding of all the project objectives: through the establishment of project targets with the Contracts Manager / Operations Director as appropriate
Build, develop, support and maintain the team
Build and maintain a good relationship with the client and all external parties
Develop the tender programme into a construction programme
Monitor progress with up to date programmes so that timely clear direction can be given to the team on critical construction/financial targets
Development, management and maintenance of Site Management Plan
Identify and evaluate risks, determine and manage actions, maintain risk register
Manage the design elements
Prepare and present project reports
What you need to have
You’ll have at least ten years’ experience working on a range of large projects; with a proven record of safely delivering on budget, on time, to the standards required.
Be a leader who can motivate everyone on-site with their management skills, but also be a genuine member of that team. Have our client focus in mind and hands-on approach, which brings continuous repeat business.
