• Correct Fruit/Produce picked into correct punnet / crate to correct standards • Husbandry tasks carried out correctly • Individual is achieving daily productivity targets • All rows are picked correctly • Adherence to all Policies & Responsibilities at all times • Arriving at work area on time to commence work. Work may be weather / safety permitting. • Comply with break times • Comply with all Company and statutory Policies for Health and Safety, Field Harvesting, Husbandry & Field Hygiene • Carry out all Crop Husbandry tasks to Keelings instruction & rules and quality. • Husbandry jobs are all jobs relating to growing of plants and fruit, which may include, but is not limited to tasks such as planting, weeding, de-runnering, de-leafing, lifting, carrying commissioning and decommissioning of fields & transport • Picking 1st and 2nd Class Fruit or other Produce, • Putting 1st class fruit / produce into containers provided • Putting 2nd classfruit / produce into containers provided • Filling punnets as evenly as possible to correct weight • Ensure berries or produce are picked to the correct ripeness and specification • Clean plant of all unsuitable fruit whilst picking • If on Pickwise system, attach your individual barcode sticker to each of your trays picked for scanning by Supervisor. • Return any equipment to your Supervisor • Take all belongings and any litter from the field with you • Any other reasonable task as assigned to you by your Supervisor. Details: Shift work and weekend work involved. Up to 48 depending on crop that week. salary: 10.10 per hour. Start date for Job: June 2020. End date for job: End Sept 2020. Various – Locations in North County Dublin and Castle Bellingham in Co Louth.
