To support our growing production we are now looking to recruit an experienced Quality professional. Key areas of responsibility will be the ongoing development and implementation of the quality control/food safety regulations and processes for our distillery, production and bottling departments. In addition, the person carrying out this role will also be involved in the preparation of export documentation and logistics including compliance with all Customs and Revenue requirements (training will be provided). Excellent organisational skills required along with strong attention to detail and process compliance. HACCP experience & qualification and excellent IT skills essential.
