We are currently looking for Claims Administrator to join our team in Dublin.

This is a full time permanent role

Key Responsibilities
Complete claim process from start to finish
Investigate reason for claims
Communicate with all locations and departments to ensure accurate information is gathered
Ensure all information is filed correctly
Calculate total cost of claims and ensure correct payment is made to customer

Skills And Experience
Excellent communications skills
Strong IT skills (MS Office, Lotus)
Ability to multitask and prioritise
Strong attention to detail
Be able to work in a busy environment to tight deadlines.
Previous experience in Parcels/Distribution Industry – preferred not necessary
