Maguire Air Conditioning & Ventilation Ltd are a fully established HVAC Company operating since 2010.  Due to our structured growth and locating to our newly revampted HQ in Tallaght, Dublin 24.  We now wish to add to our excellent working team.  We currently require a Full Time Experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team.  Applications are currently only being accepted via email for review with interviews due to commence in line with the easing of Government restrictions.  Applicants should possess the following :

A minimum of 4+ years in a similar role dealing with all aspects of the Accounts and Day to day functions of a company.  Accounts payable, receiveable, Payroll, Reconciliations & reporting

Be resident and prmitted to work in the Republic of Ireland

A excellent work ethic and willingness to progress within the company.  Every opportunity is afforded to progress.

Have the ability to liase with Accountant, suppliers, clients and site crews

Have experience with computerised accounts and payroll

Be highly organised and diligent.

Salary Competitive with incentives

Position is based in Dublin 24, Full Time permanent
