Tully Landscapes is seeking an office administrator at their head office in Tully Nurseries, Ballyboughal, North County Dublin. We are a family run organisation designing and building gardens for private clients, housing developments and commercial buildings since 1972. Our sister company Tully Nurseries grows and supplies trees and shrubs to landscapers, garden centres and wider public
We are seeking a general office administrator for a wide range of duties including but not limited to addressing sales enquiries, preparing quotations, ordering materials, preparing invoices, health & safety record keeping, training requirements, website upkeep/social media monitoring & posting. Ideally you will have a background in general administrations/sales admin and a design/horticulture background would also be beneficial but not essential. Our teams provide award winning quality gardens with majority of business via referrals and repeat customers
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Answering calls and email enquiries
Prepare estimate/quotation documents from landscape architect drawings
Diary management and arranging meetings and appointments as required
Co-ordinate with suppliers regarding stock, delivery and price
Provide support to the landscaping teams on the ground
Update company website and social media pages with relevant live works
Monitor and edit job inputs on company software package daily as required
Prepare and assist with customer invoicing
Work closely with staff in other departments including sales and finance departments
Other ad-hoc administrative duties that may arise
Requirements:
Self-motivated with strong organisation skills & specific attention to detail
Proven prior skills in MS Excel
Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
Interest in design and gardens/plants an advantage but not essential
Strong IT skills with the ability to readily pick-up new tools & packages
Ability to keep to tight deadlines
Be flexible in approach and show initiative
Part-time hours: 22 per week
Expected start date: 1/2/2021

Salary: €15.00-€16.50 per hour
