The Role:

Along with our current Service Team, the successful applicant will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of our ever-expanding rental fleet of Powered Access Machinery. The position is primarily based at our Depot in Naas but will also involve countrywide maintenance/call-out customer site visits. The role reports directly to our Service Manager.

Duties

Maintenance and repair of large and modern powered access fleet.
The successful applicant will carry out pre-delivery inspections and GA1 Certifications and will work in line with our Rental Desk to ensure the full statutory compliance of our fleet.
Duties will also include responding to breakdown call-outs in line with customer demands.

The Person

The successful applicant will be a fully qualified Construction Plant Fitter with a minimum of 5 years of powered access experience.
A full Driving Licence is essential.
CAP Qualification and history of manufacturer’s training courses are desirable along with experience in hydraulics, electrics, internal combustion engines and DC motors.
The role requires an organised individual who is a team player but also has the ability to work unsupervised and to tight deadlines without comprising safety or legal compliance.
This customer-facing role requires someone who has good interpersonal skills and is a clear communicator - both verbal and written.
