Experienced General Operative required.
Combind is a leading industrial manufacturer of Corrugated Packaging products based in a new custom build site at Vantage Park, Coldwinters, Finglas, Dublin 11. (opposite Dogs Trust).
We are currently recruiting for a General Operative to join our enthusiastic and vibrant production team. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who after initial training will be offered the chance to become highly skilled production equipment operator.

Main Responsibilities but not limited to:
• Production and other ad hoc tasks as required
• Manual Handling.
• Picking and packing customer orders.
• Stocking and preparing stock material for production.
• Carry out stock checks.
• Act as support to operating machinery to produce high quality materials in line with daily production targets.
• Full compliance with all Safety processes and Health & Safety procedures.
• Ensuring all work areas are kept clean and tidy at all times.
• The successful candidates will receive formal training in all areas as required.

Skills & Experience:
• Printing industry experience preferred.
• Flexible, reliable, hardworking with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to use own initiative with strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a desire for excellence

Requirements:
• Excellent English language skills required
• Industry experience would be beneficial, but not essential
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential.
