CUSTOMER SERVICE/PROJECT WORK AND MARKETING ASSISTANT
This is an evolving role that will support the customer service project work and marketing functions of the
business. It is a very varied and challenging opportunity – you will never get bored! This is a full-time position
on a 12-month contract.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Support the Galway office manager.
• Data Entry / System Management /Database project work, liaising with developers.
• General Office Administration and organisation.
• Marketing support as required.
• Essential Requirements:
• 2+ years of Administration experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Extremely well organised.
