Job Description: Accounts Administrator
Schorman Contract Cleaning Services is a customer focused and professional company, our success is built on building strong and lasting relationships with both our customers and staff.
We are currently looking for a self-motivated Accounts Administrator to join our team. This role is 20hr part-time (preferably mornings), two-year contract with a view to permanency, starting salary €26,500 pro rata.
This diverse role is ideal for a person with strong numeric and excellent communication skills.
Timely and accurate end to end processing, weekly, monthly payrolls for over 80 employees including new employee set-up and emailing payslips and responding to queries.
Recording of timesheets to assist in client billing.
Assist Directors, Team Leaders and Supervisors by supporting them with planning and distributing information.
Maintain and update file and contact information on employees, customers, databases.
Support and maintain robust filing system (physical & electronic) to record all important office documents and processes.
Support HR and processes.
Two years’ work experience in a similar accounts administration role
Excellent written and spoken English.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Highly organised, self-motivated, and flexible.
Level 6 Certificate in Payroll Techniques
