Brandwell (IRL) Limited is now recruiting

Shipping Administrator to join our team.

Responsible for managing multiple deliveries; processes customer orders and forwards requisition documentation to storage and distribution personnel; efficient sales pricing to find price improvement opportunities; understand and analyse market trends; continuous improvement of processes; identify potential issues; ensure regulatory requirements and proper documentation, including transit documents and customs clearances; maintain monthly reports including on-going tariff management, collate, verify, update and analyse data; refresh & maintain pricing tools data and update dashboard; seek the best routing which results in success for both client and organisation; prepare shipping and customs documentation (import/export); ensure shipping procedures are followed according to the operational procedures/customer documents; deal with all customer phone sales and/or customer queries.


Job Requirements: Strong attention to detail is important. A positive ‘can do’ attitude and an enthusiasm for providing exceptional service to meet the needs of the company is required.


Experience/qualifications required for this role: Third Level Degree in Business or closely related discipline; minimum of 5 years in analytical position; fluent in English oral communications and written reports; a second language would be an advantage; strong teamwork, but also ability to work independently; high level of customer service experience; previous experience in shipments Imports and exports; advanced proficiency in Excel is priority; knowledge in Intact IQ and Pepperi would be an advantage; ability to work under pressure and meet timelines; excellent time management and organization skills.


Salary: 30k year.
Hours of work: 39 hours per week.
