Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our highly active Service Department.

The Role

Main duties are:

Customer job planning and liaison

Coordinating with service engineers and internal departments

Customer documentation administration

Upkeep of relevant supporting systems

The Candidate

The suitable person will possess the following:

Minimum of 2 years customer service experience

Motor, technical or industry experience preferable

Microsoft Excel & Word

Management system software experience an advantage

Excellent communication skills, written & verbal

Excellent phone manner

Ability to work under pressure within a team environment

Ability to meet deadlines and targets

Enthusiastic and self motivated

Be of a Quality orientation, with attention to detail

Excellent organisational and time management skills3
