Accounts and Admin Secretary (Full-Time)
The ideal candidate should:
Have Accounting Technician or equivalent qualification.
Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in computerised accounting role.
Have experience in computerised payroll.
Be receptive and willing to upskill.
Be highly computer literate.
Be flexible and able to work on own initiative.
Excellent communication skills.
Duties will include:
Responsibility for school income and expenditure controls.
Preparation of reports for CEIST, Board of Management and auditors.
Updating school and DES database.
Processing student enrolments.
General secretarial duties.
