*We are looking for a shop floor manager with cafe/deli experience*

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic person to deliver excellent customer service.

You will be responsible for overall day to day operations of the bakery.
· Supervising & directing colleagues
. Food preparation & ordering
Waste management
· Responsible for bakery display presentation and upkeep
· Providing excellent customer service and assistance in all areas and highlighting areas for improvement.

*Required*
Previous experience in a busy Cafe/Restaurant/ Bakery environment
Familiar with all Deli procedures, including stock take and waste management
A professional manner
Ability to lead a team and communicate well
Excellent presentation
Ability to work both as a team and alone
Self motivated
Strong work ethic
Flexibility with hours required
Fluent English
