About the role

Glenveagh Properties Plc, a leading Residential Building Company is currently recruiting a Post Sales Team Administrator. In this role you will work as part of a busy sales team. This position is ideal for someone who has a passion for property, with high level of attention to detail and a ‘can do attitude’.

Responsibilities include:

Working closely with purchasers in relation to snagging, closing of the sale on their properties and general queries (pre and post sales)

Liaising with Solicitors, County Councils, Housing agencies, Sales Agents, & Site

Main point of contact for liaising with Third Parties (utilities companies etc)

Supporting the closing team with the tender process for external suppliers and agents

Coordinating paperwork for closing sales

Attending regular meetings/ calls and recording minutes

General salesforce reporting and administration

Admin support including managing inboxes and dealing with incoming and outgoing calls.

Any other ad hoc duties as may be required by the Company from time to time



2-4 years’ experience in a similar role, experience within property is desirable

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy while maintaining the ability to multi-task

Ability to demonstrate flexibility working on your own and as part of a team in a pressurized environment to meet objectives

Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel

Strong time management and organisational skills

Full clean driver’s license
