Cloud Picker Coffee Roasters are Dublin’s first micro roastery, they service Dublin, the greater community and abroad, delivering to customers the most fresh and unique coffees on the planet. Due to a mix of new business contracts and the Covid-19 pandemic, Cloud Picker Coffee Roasters are searching for a unique individual who has extensive experience with niche products and has the ability to navigate through a mix of industry opportunity and changing consumer spending patterns. The position requires you to undertake multiple roles within the business wearing a managers hat, whilst simultaneously being that person on the ground meeting clients face-to-face and reporting back to Company Directors routinely. Responsibilities include but are not limited too: Participate in the upkeep & development of branding & corporate identity initiatives Develop & implement marketing plans, including promotional calendars & programs, new product introductions & other marketing projects Develop & manage sales & marketing budgets Develop sales forecasting & product branding plans Build on Cloud Picker’s existing target market share & identify new market opportunities Monitor costs & budgets Conduct customer, brand & product research projects Offer expert advice to develop innovative advertising, public relations, social media & events plans Manage agency providers, consultants, freelancers & other suppliers, including contract negotiation & management Oversee the operation of the company’s website & email marketing program, provide analytics review via appropriate measurement tools Following up new business opportunities & setting up meetings Planning & preparing presentations to Company Directors Communicating new product developments to prospective clients Establish sales objectives by forecasting & developing annual sales quotas for Ireland, with projection planning for sales in the UK & Europe. Maintain sales volume, product mix & selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors Plan to ensure achievement of business goals, aligning with company sales policies & strategies Meet with clients to discuss their evolving needs Develop & implement new sales initiatives, strategies & programs to capture key demographics . Requirements and skills: 3rd level degree in Marketing, Management or Environmental Management are a distinct advantage 5+ years experience in similar roles A proven track record Experience working in an agency & direct to consumer roles Understanding of global economy in relation to supply chains Demonstrate excellent communication & interpersonal skills A deep understanding of marketing principles Negotiation skills with a global perspective Ability to hit the ground running Sales planning Identifying & selling for customer needs Building relationships Experience managing teams Proficient in Adobe, Microsoft & Saas tools; Google products, Cropster, MailChimp, Asana & Shopify
