Drogheda Hire & Sales are looking to recruit a Plant Hire Controller to join their busy hire team in (Drogheda branch). The office-based role is to provide technical sales advice, quotations and hire fleet administration.
The Plant Hire Support Coordinator's job role will include quoting and recommending plant/tools for hire to both the commercial trade and residential customers matching the machinery specifications to the job requirements. A pre-existing knowledge of plant/tools would be advantageous as we have a wide range of machinery on our hire fleet, from 3/4 ton diggers to 21 ton tracked machines, 4m to 360-degree teleporters, 40ft to 85ft hoists, scissor lifts, dumpers, rollers to name but a few. The successful candidate will assist the Hire Coordinator in liaising with the Workshop Manager to ensure machinery is available for booked orders. He/she will assist with coordinating the van and lorry drivers to provide efficient and cost-effective delivery and collection service throughout the Louth, Meath, Dublin and surrounding areas and ensure the administrative tasks are kept up to date and accurate for each hire booking.

- strong geographical knowledge of the Louth, Meath and Dublin areas
