Hire Company in North Meath looking to recruit an office administrator.

Job Description

The job role will involve working as part of a small friendly team looking after the daily hire schedule.

You will be responsible for handling customer calls and general enquiries. Booking on hires and off hire, scheduling of weekly servicing and maintenance call outs.

Key Requirements

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Confident telephone manner.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work well in both a small team and equally on your own initiative.

Experience of customer care or sales would also be advantageous.


The hours of work are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Candidate will need to be flexible to working overtime during busy periods.
