Maguire Mechanical are a fully established HVAC Company operating in Ireland since 2010.  We are providers of Ductwork Ventilation & Air Conditioning systems throughout the commercial sector.  Due to our structured growth we now wish to add an Experienced Recptionist to our Head Office Team located in Kingswood Business Park.  This position is due for commencement in June 2022, applicants should possess the following :

A minimum of 2+ Years experience in a similar role

Have an excellent manner and work well as part of a team

Have the ability to carry out all reception day to day duties, Phone/Emails/Meetings Scheduling/Booking Site Visits/ Training etc

Be a highly proficent in word/excel/office systems

Be keen to progress within the company

Have the ability to carry out various adhoc duties in administration

This position is full time permanent Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm Daily

Salary 22-25k DOE
